Set up your email
It takes about two minutes. Type your email address and we’ll show you the quickest way for your device.
The business address we set up for you. It ends in your own website’s name.
iPhone & iPad
This downloads a small setup file. It does not contain your password, you type that yourself in step 3.
- Tap the blue button above, then tap Allow when Safari asks to download a configuration profile.
- Open the Settings app and tap Profile Downloaded near the top. Tap Install in the top corner, enter your iPhone passcode if it asks, then tap Install again.
- Type your email password (and your name, if it asks), then tap Next or Done.
- Open the Mail app. Your email shows up within a minute or two.
It says “Not Signed”, or it didn’t work
“Not Signed” is normal for a setup file like this and it’s safe to continue. It only adds your email account to Mail, nothing else on your phone.
If nothing happens when you tap the button, make sure you’re in Safari (not Chrome, or a link opened inside another app). Still stuck? Use the Text us button at the bottom of the page.
Set it up by hand instead
- Open Settings → Mail → Accounts → Add Account, tap Other, then Add Mail Account.
- Enter your name, your password, and a description (like “Work email”), then tap Next. Your email address is:
- Choose IMAP. For both the incoming and outgoing server, use your full email address as the user name and your password.

- Tap Next, let your iPhone check the settings, then tap Save.
Android
Android doesn’t have a one-tap setup file, so this takes a few taps. Tap a blue Copy button to copy that value, then paste it into the app.
- Open the Gmail app. Tap the ☰ menu, then Settings, then Add account, then Other.
- Enter your email address, then tap Next:
- Choose Personal (IMAP).
- Type your email password, then tap Next.
- Incoming server: If it asks: port 993, security SSL/TLS. Tap Next.
- Outgoing server: If it asks: port 465, security SSL/TLS. Tap Next.
- Keep tapping Next through the last screens. Your inbox fills in within a minute or two.
Using a different mail app (Samsung Email, Outlook, and so on)? Choose Other or IMAP when it asks what kind of account, and use the same values from the “Settings for any app” box below.
Computer
Setting up a phone? Open this page on the phone instead, it gives you a much shorter path.
Outlook
- Open Outlook and go to File → Add Account (on Mac: Outlook → Settings → Accounts → +).
- Enter your full email address and select Connect.
- If Outlook doesn’t detect the settings automatically, choose Advanced options → Let me set up my account manually, then select IMAP.
- Enter the incoming and outgoing server settings from the “Settings for any app” box below.
- When prompted, enter your email password.
- Select Done. Outlook syncs your mailbox automatically.
Thunderbird
- Open Thunderbird and select Set Up an Existing Email Account (or the menu → New → Existing Mail Account).
- Enter your name, your email address, and your password.
- Select Configure Manually and enter the IMAP and SMTP settings from the box below.
- Select Re-test, then Done once Thunderbird confirms the settings.
Settings for any app
Your email is hosted on Hostinger. For both incoming and outgoing mail, the user name is your full email address (not just the part before the @) and the password is the one we set up for that mailbox.
