Will my new website really be up in 24–48 hours?
Yes — as long as we have everything we need to get started: your domain access, logo, photos, business info, and any links or descriptions you want included. The clock starts once we have what we need, so the faster you send it over, the faster we build.
Does the monthly cost include changes to the website?
Yes. Your monthly cost covers ongoing modifications to your site — updating text, photos, hours, pricing, and similar changes. It doesn't cover a full redesign of the entire site, which we'd scope and quote separately.
How does the domain part of this work?
Either way works. We can purchase and manage the domain for you, or if you'd rather own it yourself, you can purchase it and just give us access to the DNS/nameservers so we can point it at your new site.
Can I transfer my website to another provider?
Yes. If you ever decide to switch providers, we'll hand over a zipped file with all of your website content so you can take it with you — no lock-in.
Can I transfer my existing website and email over?
Certainly — we can do a direct transfer of your existing website and email free of charge. Just fill out the contact form below and let us know that's what you'd like to do.
What do you need from me to get started?
Your logo, any photos you want used, basic business info (hours, services, contact details), links to your socials or reviews, and access to your domain if you already have one. The more complete this is upfront, the faster we can launch.
Is there a contract or long-term commitment?
No long-term contract. After the upfront build cost, you're on a month-to-month plan that covers hosting, email, and support — cancel any time.
What's the difference between the Starter and Growth packages?
Starter covers a 1–3 page custom site live within 24 hours. Growth includes everything in Starter plus a larger 3–8 page site, AI-generated images, more email accounts, and additional third-party integrations, live within 48 hours. Need something bigger than either? We'll scope a custom package.
Do you build online stores or e-commerce sites?
Our Starter and Growth packages are built for non-ecommerce sites. If you need to sell products online, that falls under a custom package — tell us what you're selling and how, and we'll put together a plan that fits.
What if I don't have a logo or photos yet?
No problem — let us know and we'll work with you on options, including AI-generated images where it makes sense (included with the Growth package). It's easier to start with what you have, but it's not a requirement.
Will my website work on phones and tablets?
Every site we build is fully responsive by default, so it looks and works right on desktop, tablet, and mobile without a separate "mobile site" to maintain.
Will people actually be able to find my site?
Every build includes basic on-page SEO — proper titles, meta descriptions, clean structure, and a sitemap — plus your social links and Google Analytics set up from day one. It's the foundation search engines and visitors both need.
What happens if I want to cancel?
Just reach out and let us know. Since it's month-to-month, there's no penalty for canceling, and you can request your website files at any time — before or after you cancel.
